Unboxing Video

  • Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

  • Claims regarding wrong or damaged products without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

  • Exchange is applicable only for size issues within 3 days of delivery.

  • Customers may need to pay shipping charges for exchanges.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, Kyanaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of lost shipments, our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
