Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kyanaya, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.

Return Policy

Returns are available within 7 days of delivery.

A ₹300 return charge will be applicable on every approved return request. This amount will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality check, the eligible refund amount will be processed after deduction of the ₹300 return charge.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is applicable only for size issues.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products returned after the applicable return/exchange period

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Products damaged after delivery

• Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution

• Products that fail our quality inspection

Important Note

Kyanaya reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our quality check standards.
