Exchange Policy – Kyanaya

At Kyanaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Size issue

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product received

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or special offers

  • Customized or altered products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

  • Products without original tags or packaging

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your:

    • Order ID

    • Product images

    • Reason for exchange

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service is available for selected pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • One-time exchange for size issues may include a small shipping fee.

  • No extra charges will apply if the wrong or damaged product was delivered by us.

Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed for another size or product only.

Important Note

Kyanaya reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned product does not meet our quality check standards.
